Residential seasonal pricing only. Commercial irrigation systems are priced separately based on property size, zone count, water source, access, system complexity, and scope.

Standard diagnostic service calls use the location-based base price, but pump intake removal, pump priming, and full zone-by-zone seasonal service are separate from a basic diagnostic visit.
